Breast Lift Before & After Case 310

This patient underwent a breast lift, performed by our board-certified plastic surgeon, et-dr-thomas-hagopian/">Thomas M. Hagopian MD, at Hagopian Plastic Surgery in Atlanta. The procedure combined mastopexy with fat transfer as part of a broader full body contouring plan.

In the before photo, the breasts show significant downward displacement with the nipple-areola complex positioned well below the natural breast fold. The after photo shows the breasts sitting notably higher on the chest wall, with a rounder contour and a more central nipple position relative to the breast mound. The fat transfer contributed additional volume alongside the repositioning.
