The above patient underwent a thigh lift combined with liposuction as part of a multi-stage surgical plan to address whole-body lipedema symptoms. Lipedema is a condition characterized by an abnormal accumulation of fat tissue, most commonly in the legs and thighs, that does not respond to diet or exercise.

In the before photos, the thighs show significant volume and irregular surface texture across the inner and outer thighs, extending through the knee area. After the procedure, the thighs appear notably reduced in volume, with smoother contour visible from the front, side, and three-quarter views. The proportion between the upper and lower leg changed meaningfully across all angles shown.
