Many patients seek a Thigh Lift for functional as well as aesthetic reasons. In this case, our patient was looking to improve her quality of life after managing the effects of lipedema. She reported persistent discomfort and heaviness in her thighs, which did not respond to conservative treatments. The excess skin, resulting from significant tissue volume, limited her mobility and made daily activities challenging.

We performed a combined approach using Thigh Lift, liposuction, and VASER technology. This technique allowed us to remove excess skin and targeted fat deposits while minimizing trauma to surrounding tissues. Our primary goal was to support her health, enhance mobility, and address symptoms associated with lipedema. Recovery was steady, and she reported decreased discomfort and improved confidence in her appearance.
