This young woman came to us seeking relief from the persistent discomfort and cosmetic changes caused by lipedema. She had experienced progressive swelling and tenderness in her thighs, calves and knees, despite trying lifestyle changes and conservative treatments. Her main goals were to reduce pain, improve mobility and feel more comfortable in her body. After thorough consultation and education, we determined that lipedema surgery paired with ultra high volume liposuction would best address her symptoms.

We performed the procedures in a single session, targeting the areas most affected by lipedema. The approach aimed to remove resistant fat deposits while preserving healthy tissue and promoting a smooth contour. As shown in her photos, taken about three months after surgery, she noticed significant improvements in both appearance and function. She reported less heaviness in her legs, more ease in movement, and a newfound sense of well-being.
