Case #121

The patient is a 50 year old African American woman with lipedema. She has had high volume liposuction to the legs and while she will later have a thigh lift and excess skin removal, this before and after is impressive even without resection. She not only has smaller legs but she fits into clothes better and has relief from the nodules and pain from lipedema. She is very happy so far.
