This patient is an African-American woman in her late 40s who was unhappy with the appearance and roundness of her abdomen. These photos show her before and after a drainless tummy tuck. The abdominoplasty, which included rectus repair and bellybutton creation, fixed her concerns of excess fat and skin overhanging the mons and flattened the contour of her stomach. She is overjoyed with her results.
