Arm Lift Before & After Case 303

This patient came to us seeking relief from the persistent swelling and discomfort caused by lipedema. As an active volunteer at a local animal shelter and foster mom to several dogs, she wanted improved mobility and comfort in her daily life. After discussing her full body plan for lipedema treatment, we decided to begin with an arm lift in Atlanta, using a combination of brachioplasty and liposuction. Our priority was to address her functional concerns in her upper arms and help set the stage for future thigh and calf procedures.

Her recovery progressed as expected. She followed post-operative guidelines closely and gradually resumed her regular shelter visits. The reduction in arm heaviness allowed her to hold, walk, and play with the animals more easily. We scheduled future appointments to continue her lipedema care and further improve her overall comfort and mobility.
