This patient came to us seeking relief from the discomfort and heaviness she experienced in her upper arms due to lipedema. She shared that everyday activities were becoming increasingly challenging, and she was frustrated by the appearance and sensations associated with lipedema in her arms. After an in-depth consultation, we determined that combining liposuction with brachioplasty would address both her functional symptoms and aesthetic concerns.

During the procedure, we used gentle liposuction to remove excess fatty tissue and performed a careful brachioplasty to contour and tighten the skin. The patient recovered well, following our post-operative guidelines and attending regular follow-up visits to monitor her progress. She reported significant relief from symptoms, including reduced heaviness and discomfort in her arms. As these photos show, her arms now have improved shape and definition.
