I recently had my first of two lipedema surgeries with Dr. Hagopian, and I cannot recommend him enough!! I am still healing, but I am stunned at the difference in my legs already!! He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about my condition and how to treat it. Dr Hagopian and his staff are incredibly kind, and wonderful to work with. Both Mallory and Jane have been great about returning my messages, answering any questions or concerns I might have, and the whole entire process has been surprisingly easier than I expected. I am so glad I chose to do my surgeries with Dr Hagopian!
I am currently 3 days post op, recovering from Lipedema surgery 1 of 3. Finding answers and physicians that don't just say "you will feel fine if you lost weight" has been enlightening. Dr. H is busy, but you feel his caring nature anytime you meet with him, and even through his staff, whom are exceptional. Recovery is a struggle, but I know it will be worth it, and I know Dr. H and his team are on this journey with me.
From my first consultation thru the recovery of the first of multiple surgeries Dr. Hagopian and his staff have been superb. The all have the personality all doctors and office staff should have. They all make you feel valued.
Sometimes I look at my arms, legs, and abdomen and it is so surreal. As someone who has lived 90% of their life in a “fat suit” with daily issues it just seems unreal to be so free. The pain, emotional torment, and inconvenience Lipedema causes to so many undiagnosed and diagnosed women is astounding and I am so happy I found Dr. Hagopian. Him and his team have been so supportive in this journey and others who have seen my after results really can’t believe the transformation my body has made. If you want honesty, patient advocacy, and someone who truly wants the best for you I would look no further than Hagopian plastic surgery.
Dr. Hagopian and his team are amazing. I never felt rushed. Everything was explained clearly and all of my questions were answered.

😀 I had surgery - anteriors - HIgh volume lipo for lipedema on 08/28/2025- The entire team is so kind and caring, and Dr. H is a skilled surgeon, who really knows his stuff. as my husband says- No bullshit detected. Seriously- I appreciated the frank honesty- about my condition, and the severity of my condition, and how hard my case is going to be to treat- and planning for the worst, hoping for hte best- and honestly- getting close to the best. (how cool was that?) Dr. H is amazing- his skill is astounding- and i hope he keeps taking the hard cases- because he's making a difference. He and his team are miracle workers- one person at a time.
I had a surgery with Dr. Hagopian on 8/28/2025- High Volume Lipo to the anteriors of my legs- and they were able to successfully remove 10 liters of diseased lipedema tissue from my legs, leading to my legs feeling so much lighter and easier to move. The entire team- Jane, Mallory, Jane, Lyndsey, and of course Dr. H has been absolutely fabulous. I appreciated the team's candor and honesty throughout the process. I have my second surgery scheduled 12/2, and a third surgery will happen early next year. (And hopefully a fourth. ) Dr. H is a gifted surgeon- and is truly skilled, and i can't wait to share the full before and afters.

I’m so happy I heard about Dr. Hagopian and his amazing bedside manner. I feel 10 times better after my lipedema removal surgery. During my 2nd surgery, I opted to have a tummy tuck done. I’m in love with my new belly. His technique is impeccable as is his entire staff. You won’t be disappointed.
