I love Dr. Hagopian and his office staff! I decided to add on Botox to my pre-op appointment and I have to say its the best I've ever had! I prefer a truly frozen look and Jane delivered! She took the most time out of any practitioner that I have seen to map out injection areas. For the first time ever I felt like I was delivered the service I was promised when it comes to Botox. Her attention to detail and communication about what was difficult about where I had trouble with previous injections was validating and showed her true knowledge. This open communication style seems to be a consistent part of the practice. I'm only 19 days post-op from my first Lipedema surgery and from my handful of visits to the office I have to say: I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. If you're dealing with Lipedema you know this isn't always the case with every provider. Dr. Hagopian, Jane and his staff have done a terrific job of explaining expectations and validating my experience with Lipedema and are an integral part in transforming my life and outlook living with this disease.
Dr. Hagopian, Mallory, and Jane are masters of their craft. They're true artists and I have never been so comfortable in my body. I am so grateful I found them. They exceeded expectations on all fronts and made the process comfortable and easy. You can tell they love what they do and you can tell that they are genuinely good people. It makes the world of difference.

After three surgeries with Dr. Hagopian for lipedema, I can confidently say this team is incredible. Dr. Hagopian is honest, highly skilled, and sets realistic expectations, which I truly appreciated. Jane, Mallory, and the entire staff are professional, compassionate, and always quick to respond. There are no words to express how wonderful my experience with Hagopian Plastic Surgery has been. I was diagnosed with Lipedema in April of 2024. Finding the correct plastic surgeon to treat this condition is extremely critical. I met Dr. Hagopian a year ago and my life has been transformed. Dr. Hagopian in my opinion is the Jedi Master of this treatment. When I came to him my legs were enormous and I had huge lumps of lipedema on the inside of each knee/thigh area (see attached picture-June 2025). My thighs and legs were so heavy that I had trouble walking up the stairs and I would drag my feet behind me when I walked. I was in constant pain from the inflammation of this disease and for the most part had stopped living life due to the debilitating nature of Lipedema. I have now completed two surgeries for the removal of the Lipedema and a thigh lift (due to the excess skin from the removal of the lipedema). My legs now are beautiful! But the best part is my health and wellbeing have been restored. (see attached picture: January 2026) I am no longer in pain living with excruciating inflammation. I am able to bound up the stairs, walk without dragging my feet behind me. I have so much energy and stamina I feel as though I am in my forties again, though I am currently 63 years old. My life is 180 degrees from where it was a year ago and though these surgeries are difficult and take time to heal from, they are worth all the time, effort and energy to have achieved the results I am now enjoying. I know I would not be where I am today but for the remarkable staff and Dr. Hagopian's surgical abilities. I trust and highly recommend Hagopian Plastic Surgery to treat the debilitating disease of Lipedema. I am so grateful for having the privilege to experience that health is beautiful thing and not to ever be taken for granted.*update 3/15: I added a post 2nd surgery picture. This picture was taken approximately 4 months/16weeks after my surgery. The difference is “beautiful”!💕🌸

If you’re looking for a surgical team so good you wake up from anesthesia declaring your undying love… welcome to Dr. Hagopian, Jane, and Mallory. True story: I came out of surgery and immediately started telling them how amazing they were and how much I loved them. And honestly? I stand by it. Dr. Hagopian, Jane & Mallory are miracle workers. Dr. Hagopian is extremely kind, caring and passionate about his work! Jane and Mallory are the kind of nurse practitioners who make you feel safe, seen, and somehow still laughing while wrapped in compression and drains. They are all literally changing my life by removing lipedema and skin — and doing it with skill, compassion, and the best bedside manner on the planet. Their entire office is amazing!! 10/10 would trust them with my body, my recovery, and apparently my post-op love letters. 😂 I’m only halfway through this journey, but I already know I’m finishing it with the best team on the planet — and probably still telling them I love them every time I wake up. 💜😂
Updating my review: I am beyond blessed to have found such a great team to work with. Jane, Mallory and Dr. H have been so supportive to work with. After my first surgery, my legs are almost pain free, so much lighter. I have muscle definition! I am 1 month away from my second surgery. Can't wait to have a great experience again!
Life-changing multiple surgeries, each a step towards pain-relief and better mobility. The extra amazing part is that Dr. Hagopian took into consideration my esthetic concerns as well and desire to improve on what he had already done and performed some magic. He took all my requests and not only met those in the last surgery, but exceeded my hopes and desires to the point that I almost don't recognize it as my body now (in a good way.) I was really anxious and somewhat dreading and looking forward equally to this last surgery. 1000% worth it. It's been a little bit of a challenging recovery, but I was advised it would be and it was a lot to do in one surgery. This was at my own request. But the results speak for themselves. And I'm still under 3 weeks post-op. Bless you Dr. Hagopian and your team for giving me back mobility, significantly decreased pain, and now my confidence and love for this body. You may not realize how much you change lives, but when you listen to us, some for the first time a medical professional ever has (because...Lipedema vs. fat) and give us options with honesty and empathy, it means the world. You truly give us back something that we never thought we could have again. That is priceless. Thank you so much!!
I had consultations with 4 other surgeons claiming to be experienced in Lipedema. Dr H was the first to actually prove it with higher stages of Lipedema case loads and results. His bedside manner is impeccable and seems to come naturally to him. Mallory and Jane are the complete package. Highly educated in the field, make you feel heard and confident going into any procedure. Down to Amber in the billing department I just can’t say enough. I’ve put in a lot of work on myself and Dr H is the one that is helping me complete the journey to gaining my life back. Forever grateful.
