I am so thrilled that I was able to meet Dr Hagopian and his team to fix my lipedema. Before him my quality of life was decreasing, now I feel 1000% better. His incisions are phenomenal. If I ever need anything else done I will definitely go back to him. I live in SC and went to Atlanta just to see him and his team. Everyone at his office is amazing.

Side note - as a Paramedic and someone experienced in a clinic setting,,hospital and prehospital - Dr. Hagopian is the type of doctor we don’t see much more of these days. I’ve watched him clean rooms after patients leave, take his time with peer to peer reviews to advocate for patients, educate healthcare practitioners; nothing is “below” him. He provides an amazing service to all he encounters. The world could use many more physicians like him!
My experience with Dr. Hagopian and his staff was 5 star. He was always honest, gave me realistic expectations and took the best of care of me both pre & post operatively. If you’re someone who has experienced extreme weight loss or suffered from lipedema, look no further, you’ve found a gold mine of a person and doctor in Dr. Hagopian!
I had a surgery done outside the U.S. and once I was back in Atlanta I had complications. Dr.Hagopian was wonderful to see me and take care of my issues even though he did not do the original surgery. He was kind, smart and gave me the attention as if I was his own patient. The next time I decide to do cosmetic work he will be my first choice. His office staff and PA are top notch as well.
I had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck performed by Dr. Hagopian at Hagopian Plastic Surgery in March 2025 and I couldn’t be happier with my results! From the very first consultation to my final follow-up appointment, the entire staff was professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hagopian and his amazing team of Nurse Practitioners (Mallory & Jane) took the time to answer all my questions, explain the procedure in detail, and set realistic expectations. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery process was much easier than I anticipated, thanks to the thorough pre-op and post-op instructions. I’m now 3 months post-op and the results have exceeded my expectations—my stomach is flatter, more toned, and I feel so much more confident in my clothes. I truly amazed at how much this has improved my quality of life. The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the team truly makes you feel like a priority. I have had 5 Lipedema removal surgeries with Dr. Hagopian!!! These have been life changing!!! I have gone from not being able to stand for more than 2 or 3 minutes without having extreme pain for days to loading and unloading 17 bags of mulch, 15 bags of garden soil and 5 bags of potting soil and using them all. I am back to being able to clean my house, grocery shop and so many other things that most take for granted. If you are worried about having surgeries for this it really is a life changing experience. Dr. Hagopian's office has been amazing to work with from submission of my packet for insurance to all the questions about the surgeries and beyond. His work on removing lipedema from me has truly saved my life!!!!
