Our patient came to us interested in smoothing out the fine lines that had formed around her eyes over the past few years. She expressed that the crow’s feet gave her a tired appearance and made her feel older than she was. She also noticed deeper smile lines and hoped to soften these without changing her natural look. Like many of our patients considering BOTOX® Cosmetic, she wanted subtle, refreshed results that would still feel like her.

For treatment, we used a combination of BOTOX® Cosmetic for the crow’s feet and a small amount of facial filler to lift and soften the smile lines. The procedure was performed in our Atlanta office. Our goal was to preserve her natural expressions while reducing the visible signs of aging that concerned her most. The results are visible in her before and after photos: her skin appears smoother but not “frozen,” and her smile looks refreshed.
