This patient chose to undergo a thigh lift in Atlanta to help address excess skin and improved contour in her upper legs as part of her ongoing lipedema treatment. Her goals included reducing discomfort and improving the overall mobility and appearance of her thighs following previous liposuction.

We performed an extended spiral thigh lift to carefully remove redundant tissue and refine the natural contour of her thighs. The photos shown here were taken early in her healing process. As swelling decreases over time, her results will become more defined and easier to appreciate.
