This 41-year-old patient came to us after losing a significant amount of weight and working to manage her lipedema. She sought a comprehensive approach to address the skin laxity and persistent changes that remained after her weight loss. Her goals centered on restoring her midsection, arms, and breasts, while also seeking relief from lipedema symptoms in her legs.
